there are some exclusions
New for old
If your car is less than 1 year old, and has been owned and
registered from new by you, you may be entitled to a new vehicle
if damages amount to more than a certain percentage of its
value*.
*Note, if a replacement car of the same
make and model is not available, Axa will still pay up to
the market value of the vehicle at the time of the loss or
damage.
Personal
belongings cover
Usually covers loss or damage to personal items as a result
of accidental damage, fire or theft up to a limit. Terms and

repair or replacement
Usually covers broken or damaged windscreens and windows without
