and all the proposed drivers have not been convicted of
any non-motoring convictions e.g. theft, dishonesty or fraud
within the last 5 years.
- You
and all the proposed drivers do not have any Drink or Drugs
related convictions in the last 11 years.
- You
and all the proposed drivers have never been refused insurance
or had special terms imposed on previous insurance policies.
- You
(and all the proposed drivers) have been continually resident
in the UK (Excluding Northern Ireland) for the past three
years.
- You
have or will make appropriate enquiry of all relevant matters
before answering the following questions.
